No GPS data as my Garmin froze just prior to the run. This run felt very good through about 18 miles, then my stomach started acting upset. I walked for a short distance at 19 miles and then was able to run to the finish. I had SportBeans at about mile 6 and I haven't had those in a while so they might have upset my stomach. I also had them with Gatorade so maybe I should have taken them with water. Still all in all, this was better than the 20 miler 2 weeks ago. Now starts the taper into the race. I am ready for the mileage to go down.
