Notes

After walking warmup. Run 12 minutes, walk 1 minute. This run was pretty good. I have been feeling fast thus far this week and it shows in my times. No real soreness to speak of during the run, although after the run my right Achilles was rather stiff and tight. It was windy tonight and it slowed me down running into the wind at times.
