Topsy-turvy morning. Got up and finished expedite, then went to dentist for double crown installation. No assignment, so saved my run for afterwards, so I wouldn't be as rushed. It was SO windy, especially on the way back. I fully attribute those splits to the pushback and just trying to stay upright while maintaining forward momentum. Running at odd time of day = saw former across-the-street neighbor Joel walking and Eda running. She didn't recognize me till I pulled down my hood. 19.5%
