Up at 3:30 w/Sophie.
Delightful morning for a run. Temps were just in perfect zone for easy breathing and quick steps to stay warm, but not too hot/not too cold. Some confusion/conflicting info about the distance people were running pre-Doyle's, and since I'm not tapering, I wanted a longer run anyway. Put in 10 solo miles around the river and then T'd it over to Jamaica Plain. We had a delicious breakfast accompanied by rousing send-off speeches from the coaches.
Aime, Susan, Julia, Cecilia, Jeanne, Laura, Petra and Geoff were all absent.
Lots of pink debris--feathers, streamers, confetti--littered around the Esplanade post breast cancer walk.
