Sophie got me at 4:45, but I went back to bed and got a little extra sleep. Ran into Joel Pierce on train. Saw Erica, Jess & Joe in passing. Stayed to myself and warmed up. Beautiful morning, about the nicest we've had this spring so far. Happy with negative splits. Waited for race results, but placed 6th in my AG, so no reason to stick around after. 20.5%
