COMMENTS: First, PT with John, all hyped up for flight to Buffalo. Jon and I didn't connect at 6:45, so I started out alone. Nice run, good pace. Saw site where car plunged into Charles yesterday. :\ Caught up with Jon at BU bridge and ran the rest of the way together.
