Sluggish, struggly sort of run. Didn't quite connect with Holly so took opportunity to sleep in a little and late start. Saw Elliptigo guy twice. Setting up for Heart Walk. Regatta on the river. Saw Audrey's Chris near Eliot. Got to run that section through the woods I enjoy. Twice. Did extend the run by a bridge and happy about that. Return trip saw the heart walkers, but they must have a rolling start because they weren't clogging the path as I had feared. Geordie pulling her harness and tongue down to her knees. Finally got my groove 11 miles in. 19.5%
