Wasn't sure what to expect after two days of lower GI troubles, but I felt fine for the duration of the race. Aime was suffering from her own physical ailments, and her friend Rob was running under Jon's bib since he was laid up with a gout attack. :\ Subdued crowd and field today. Still, PR'd for this distance. Not a bad race, not a great race. Claire's baby shower this afternoon. 17.5%
