VERY last-minute decision to run after aborted potential 5:00 depo. Ate a pint of cookie dough ice cream and felt the effects at Mile 2. Aime and Susan couldn't make it. Hung out with Geoff prerace. Passed quickly and early by Jeanine. Michelle volunteering at the finish. 60-second pit stop a quarter mile from the finish cost me a PR. Didn't really care at that point.
