COMMENTS: Cool, breezy, dry autumn-like day. Really lovely. The boys (Jon, Daniel, Matthew) opted for 18 miles. Yeloton ran in a large pack most of the way. Good chat with Brian about the new baby. He did fantastic on his first-ever 16. Aime and I picked up the pace and finished up ahead of the others. 18-milers probably ran 9:43 pace. :) 19.5%
