Vyda led Power Peace Prosperity workshop, but all FOUR sisters were there plus mom. More workshop and less yoga than I anticipated, but an enjoyable class. Got to meet/know Jody. Hope I talk to her more. Also, I think I am meant to chant more. Happy New Year. Namaste.
