Reverse waterfront with Jon. Very choppy stop-and-go due to ice, but we were overly cautious. It didn't actually seem to be slippery, but we just weren't taking any chances. Dropped Jon at home and then headed to Esplanade. MGH to Longfellow seemed encouraging, but then deteriorated rapidly so exited at Dartmouth, ran up Beacon all the way to State House and then home. 19.5%
