Rode with Pauline and Joe (courtesy of Tony) out to Wellesley. They were running 13 but dropped me off for 11. It was the most concentrated, longest run I've had in a while. Dressed well for the temps. Felt good. Lotta hills. Seeing Shen Yun tonight. 19.5%
