Fucked-up run. First took Sophie out 'cause Pat wasn't ready, so body temperature dropped and got cold standing around. Then Garmin would not pick up signal, so don't know how accurate/inaccurate data is. I finally just started running. .MP3 player wouldn't work at first. Cold battery? Warmed it in my hand and it worked a while before conking out. Dead battery? Obsessed about Kelly situation. Sent email this morning. Hope that is the end of that.
Despite all, it was an okay run. Still trying to kick hay fever and canker sore. 19.5%
