Hot, humid day as evidenced by erratic splits, but mostly felt okay. Needed extra hydration. Impressed by two ladies wearing headscarves, long sleeves and full-length tights--and they passed me. Saw the little white dog near River Street. :) Chatted with some runners at the New Balance water bottle filling station. Heart walk getting started on the Esplanade. 19.5%
