Five solo miles to Eliot with GI distress. I felt fine when I left home, but a quarter mile in, felt ill in on-and-off waves. Met Holly and Suzanne at Marsh Post. Feeling better and distracted by companionship, I seemed to shake the stomach issues. Holly led us on loop of Fresh Pond with tour into Belmont/Cambridge. Confirmed sighting of a BT at pond. Back at Post, we dropped Suzanne. Holly stuck with me for another 1.25 miles and then I proceeded home. Growing heat and humidity. A bit of a tough run overall, but solid mileage. 20.5%
