Jon has a cold. First run since Derry. Felt pretty good. Decent storm predicted today, but only snowing lightly so far. Up to an inch on the ground. Masked some slippery spots, but I didn't fall. I guess it slowed me down, though. Actually did MoS/Mass Ave. loop and then out and back to River on Boston side. Tough day yesterday with long HOT depo. Overate mixed nuts in the evening. Scale consequences later this week? 18%
