I was flying the first 1/2 mile then slowed it down to finish first mile respectable. Intentionally went slow the next to then cruised in for the last mile and cooled down. Did not feel winded. I am starting to get more confident. My knee is not bothering me. I am taking glucosamine chondrointon and MSM multivitamin. If it helps I'm for it, even though I have always been a skeptic. Signed up for a half on Oct 5, may do a 5k or 10k this weekend for the heck of it!!
