This was not hard at all. I felt good after mile 3 after a 2 minute break. Could have run farther... The wind was a factor for miles 2-4. Since I was not tired, this was a big confidence booster... I started to feel like I didnt want to run anymore. Went to Lake Tahoe on Thursday, and Friday went about 10 miles on a bike pulling Grace in the back and the tire blew for the last 2.5 miles. That was a LONG trek home and it was uphill, lol. That was my workout for the day and it prepared me for today I guess...
