Legs still sore from run 2 days ago. Did my muscle stimulator to my legs last night. Feeling tight. The wind was a KILLER on mile 2 on the upgrade. Was a relief on the way back, lol. I was 6:47/m at the .75 mile mark where I turned into the wind. Focused on lifting my knees. I noticed this flaw during my marathon when I looked at myself in a window while I was running, and pics show my feet barely missing the ground.
Felt clumsy running 6:30'ish pace on mile 4, so I need to do speedwork to help coordinate my stride. That's what helped in 2009 so it should help again.
