VERY COLD!! This pace felt sooooo comfortable. Was supposed to be an easy run, but I just could not slow it down. 1 week til my tuneup marathon in Grand Rapids... so I hope to BQ here (will be tough) so the heat will be off of me in the California International Marathon in December!!
