Notes

For the first 15 minutes I wanted to get off that machine. My legs were feeling heavy and tired. Initially I was at a speed of 6.0 mph. Turned out to be too much so I settled for 5.8 mph and eventually brought that back up to 6.0. Ran the last half mile at 6.2 mph or higher. (it was raining this morning)
