Ran well on the treadmill. Started at 6.0 mph. At 15:00 I increased to 6.1 mph. At 25:00 to 6.2 mph and at 30:00 6.3 mph. I'm glad I was able to endure the time at 6.0 mph with few qualms. Weighed myself after working out again. I didn't drink any water (or very little): 145.8 lb.
