Felt better today in the pool. I was still only doing 50 yard intervals, but I felt like I needed less rest, and it didn't feel like such a battle to get to 800 yards.
I was trying the high elbows technique, but I couldn't get the proper feel for holding the water with my forearms. It didn't feel very efficient.
I probably need to start doing drills. I got the Total Immersion books, so there's probably no avoiding it. Ugh. Drills.
