Notes

Bad workout. Tanked on third interval and got chewed out by Sid for starting out too fast. Need to run consistent splits or negative splits. Should NOT get slower through the workout.

Recovered by laying off the fourth interval and finished strong, but I'm definitely going to have to watch my pacing for future workouts.

Couldn't keep up with Sid during the 3 x 300 semi-sprints we did at the end to run for form. Could hang with him for the first 150m or so, but he always pulled away over the last half.

Did some field drills afterwards which was fun. We did some strides, bounding, butt-kicks, crossover steps... took me back to track and field days; I'm hoping Sid convinces Tony that we should do those drills more often.
