Notes

Felt good; good enough to push it to 7.5 min pace for the last mile and half or so. A good sign after swimming this morning; legs were a little tired, but they had enough in them for the run and to not feel shot afterwards.

Tried to hold to 85% pace for most of the run, but found myself creeping up to try to keep up with other runners. Bad habit.
