Bad weather conditions. Worse gastro-intestinal conditions. It's really hard to run well when you have to go to the bathroom... and they close the bathroom at the track for some insane reason. Next time I might just have to pull a NOLS on them and drop trou in the corner...
Was too distracted by my GI distress to run well. Oh well... nonetheless, I do think that I've hit a running plateau, especially because of all the swimming I'm doing. I need to figure out how to balance my training, and how to work cycling into the rotation, in addition to some strength training.
