Difficult run. Ran in parking lot of the Caribe Royale... in a long 1.3 mile loop. It was humid and difficult to breathe. Plus I'd just had beer and a double bourbon not too long before.
Went swimming for about 25 minutes afterwards. My swimming stroke improved already, I think, just from the few tips from my triathlon books. Pushing my upper body downward to center my float point has really helped me to level out. I don't have to kick nearly as hard to keep my legs up.
