"Tabata Something Else"

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

Pull-ups: 9/6/4/3/2/2/2/2 = 28

Push-ups: 10/6/5/5/3/2/2/2 = 35

Sit-ups: 10/8/7/6/6/6/5/5 = 53

Squats: 20/19/18/17/17/17/17/17 = 142

Total = 258

Weak pull-ups!

Might not have had full 20 second intervals because watch could only do 15 or 30 second countdown, so I set it to 15 and waited until the alarm stopped.

Really need to work on pull-ups!
