Hurt my knee at some point, either during the final 800m or during the 300m intervals. At first it was just a slight twinge, but after the last 300m, when I tried to cooldown, I felt some pain.
The workout itself sucked... as usual, I can start out strong and remain at my target heart-rate, but then my heart-rate creeps up and my pace slows. Endurance base is clearly an issue.
Now I have to have a recovery plan for my knee, without jeopardizing what little base I've built since i re-started.
