Crossfit Elements Session 6

- did two 21-15-9 protocol workouts. Scaled "Fran" (Thrusters & Pullups) and a scaled... deadlift - pushup workout (supposed to be HSPUs).

Mike talked to us about adopting the Zone diet. Will look into it. Doesn't seem like enough carbs to sustain my running, but maybe if I cut back on mileage and focus more on track workouts and tempo runs...
