First track workout in 4 weeks. Struggling with GI problems (the runs). Had to stop mid workout to run to the bathroom, but made it through the workout okay.
One very odd thing: my maximum heart rate seems to be 197 now. That's a big jump from 192. I don't know if it's because the HR monitor is malfunctioning or if it's because of the 2 weeks I spent hiking at altitude. Going to adjust my HR monitor accordingly and see if I can keep it up.
