Wall-ball, rowing.
Workout:
Rowing Machine, Wall-ball, Sumo Deadlift High Pull (SDLHP), Box Jump, Push Press
1 Minute rounds of each, 1 minute break, then another set of 1 minute rounds.
SDLHP was 65 lbs, Push Press was only 45 lbs.
Scored a 178... not sure what that means. I was completely exhausted after the two rounds. My legs were shot from the track workout and ever single one of the stations were pretty leg-intensive. Apparently people score 300 in 3 rounds, with 95 push-press and a lot more on the SDLHP.
