Shuffled my way through a very slow 2.5 miles. Had to take it slow to test my right knee out. It felt really stiff at first, and I was worried that it felt weak and I worried about it the whole way through the run. My legs definitely aren't 100% - aside from my knee bothering me, my calves on both sides were burning. Probably from trying to favor my knee.
In any event, I know that I can get through 2.5 miles, and as long as the knee continues to improve, I should be okay for the Hunts Point Hustle. Icing the knee now.
