Crossfit Elements Workshop 7

- Back extensions on the machine

- Olympic lifting - Clean

Knee was giving me a little bit of trouble after the track workout. No heavy workout during this session - thankfully.

Was able to do 2 DHPUs with full ROM. Could probably have tried for 3. I think the Grease the Groove technique may be working for me.
