Focused on minimizing my kick, and found that it's pretty damned hard to change something like that. Tried to swim with a pull buoy and had a hard time rotating completely, and still found my legs sinking.

Felt really frustrated with this workout. Feel like I've hit a plateau that I can't get past (swimming more than 100 yards without stopping). Need to go back to drills.
