Recovery run. Really sore from 1) lifting weights (squats, hammy curls, calf raises) 2) tempo run and 3) deep-tissue massage. I thought the massage would help my soreness, but I can't really tell. I just know it was painful as hell.
Long run tomorrow... not sure if I should do it or not, but I'm definitely taking Sunday off, so maybe I can push it and try.
