This run felt really good - the second half was really great. Feeling a little bit of a shin splint coming on in left shin, and I still have some tightness in my right calf, high up and behind the knee almost. The tightness in my calf seemed to go away towards the end of the run.
Was trying to keep to 80% MHR, but kept floating up to 82-83, and I finished off at 85 plus because I felt pretty good.
Still tinkering with the calibration on my footpod, now that my stride has changed.
No knee pain at all.
