Notes

Gah....super tired/sore from yesterday, ran to the high school, jogged 2 miles on the infield before the ThorGuard went off and I figured it was a good stopping point. If it were nice I may have done a 3rd mile on the grass but it would've been super slow anyways, so I got back and stretched and rolled out and used my stick heavily. Hamstrings pretty tired.
