9 mile tempo today. Weather was pretty nasty, cold with a hard wind in your face on Lincoln. Still ran it alright, definitely moved a little early with Mark on mile 7, and then moved again too early on the last mile. Fell off a tad, 3-4 sec behind Chris, Gadz and Greg. Splits: 13:16 (2 miles), 6:24, 6:09, 6:10, 5:53, 5:34, 5:51, 5:28.
