Notes

To/from practice, jogging around as the high school guys did their workout, then to/from the course and a loop on the course and some barefoot strides on the infield. Probably about 7:30 pace, a little slower perhaps overall. 6 strides with jog back recovery felt good, decently quick. Felt a little sore/tired still, rolled out, stretched and used the stick liberally. Right piriformis a touch achy on the run. Did core/upper body today.
