Another super easy day with Krista! I'm somewhat amazed, since usually she pushes the pace pretty hard. Met her near the Metra bridge on Diversey sine she was running late. Ran down Diversey to the zoo and back, picked up her dog at her apartment and then went back on Diversey. Felt good, the left calf was definitely looser after the massage, though my PF was still a little tight. Will probably go back in a few weeks. Great weather out!
