Notes

Wow. Really good long run today on the PP. Started pretty slow, but slowly started dropping it down. Last few miles were in the 6:30s. Legs were tired, aerobically I was ok. Got a lot more confident as the miles passed on the way home and I was still feeling alright. New high mileage week.
