Meh workout today. Went out to Montrose with Matt, and it was pretty slushy and wet, especially on the homestretch. Slight headwind in the homestretch. Never felt like I was "all out" like I was supposed to be. First 200 was always quick, then turning for home in the slush and wind just zapped me. Felt sore the next day, which I guess is good, but not totally in love with this. I'll take the effort for the day, but not much else.
