Notes

Ran in the morning today, not too early, like 9ish. Still was pretty hot and humid out, which was annoying. Don't really want to get up super early again to start running, I much prefer running around this time. Went out to the BG golf course and turned around, was going to do hills but still sore from yesterday's race. Rolled/sticked out, and did upper body and core. Good stuff. Probably doing strides tomorrow then figuring out some time to do hills, potentially Thursday/Friday, but back-to-back hills would suck. Also going to start helping out at the high school xc camps, since I have nothing better to do and it's pretty fun to help them out.
