Notes

Did 6 x 3' @ T today in the neighborhoods. Felt fine, butt sore from strength testing. Legs just didn't feel like they could move fast despite some effort. Looking at the map, probably averaged 6:35-6:45 pace throughout the workout, which isn't half bad still. Did strength with JJ.
