Notes

Definitely thought this run was faster. Wore my heavier tights. rather than my light pants, since it was pretty cold out (currently 9, with a negative wind chill) and that combination might have slowed things down a bit. Felt good though! Legs felt a lot better than yesterday, even with the soreness from the 400s and lifting this morning. Wish I had the opportunity to have gotten on the track today with the team, could've really laid down a good workout. Oh well, just gotta wait till Saturday. Happy though that I'm on pace with my mileage.
