Holy smokes, that was rough. Felt so freaking slow even though my times were pretty comparable to what I did at the end of April when I switched plans and was actually in the middle of my cycle and not just starting back up. Did it in spikes, rolling starts. Hips felt good, little bit sore but not bad. Did it with Nate, could feel myself falling apart as the intervals got longer. Great to have him there though, we pushed each other well.
