Great workout today! Decided to do it on the mill since it was dark and slushy and icy out. I'm guessing I will be on the mill for a while, given that it's pretty crappy out there. Moab doesn't really plow, or salt, or shovel, so it would be kinda iffy going out there for a run on the roads. But they do have a nice treadmill that changes pace pretty quickly, which makes these workouts better.
Workout itself was good. Started at 6' pace and slowly dropped it. I would pick it up in the last minute of each interval a few notches.
