My goal was 11:00 average pace so I’m pleased. Felt good and strong. Last2 were hilly so slowed a bit. Went out a little fast. First 3 miles: 10:08; 10:00; 10:17. Maybe if I’d paced slower I would have had better later miles. Oh well. I can wave the sheet of paper in everyone’s faces and that’s all that matters anyway...😷💪
